Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, selected area of interest, and the message you provide. We may also process basic technical information needed to operate and protect the form, such as an IP address for rate limiting.

You can optionally share how you found us. We record a source you select, or the recognized source and campaign label from your entry link only if you agree to share it with your submission. Campaign context stays in page memory until you close or reload the page; we do not use it to identify you across websites or infer newsletter consent.

How we use information

We use contact-submission information to review and respond to your inquiry, understand interest in AVxLink, evaluate potential partnerships, and protect the website from spam or abuse. We do not sell contact-form information.

Storage and retention

Contact inquiries are stored in AVxLink's application database. We retain them only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, and legitimate business records.

Brief subscriptions and relationship records

When you opt in to the AVxLink Insights newsletter, we record your email address, optional name, consent request and confirmation. Newsletter signup requires email confirmation. Contact and facility submissions do not subscribe you automatically. Facility and conversation forms may also collect your role, phone, website, location, facility type and interests. We keep these in our private relationship records, along with relevant communications, appointment information and internal notes.

Email and website measurement

SendGrid processes our confirmation and newsletter emails. Each newsletter provides an AVxLink-specific unsubscribe link. We do not track newsletter opens or link clicks. Website measurement counts page views, conversion events, visible article reading time and scroll depth without analytics cookies or browser-stored identifiers. A daily anonymous hash estimates visitors and changes each UTC day; we delete old salts and never store raw IP addresses or full user-agent strings. DNT and Global Privacy Control requests are counted only in aggregate, without a visitor hash. We retain raw analytics events for up to 400 days and record only referring domains, campaign labels, device/browser categories and approximate IP-based country, region and city. Private admin sign-in uses Clerk and essential authentication cookies.

Scheduling services

If you follow an external booking link, that provider's privacy policy applies. A conversation request through this site is not a confirmed appointment; a time must be agreed separately.

Sharing

Information may be processed by service providers that host or support this website. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect AVxLink, the site, or others.

Your choices

You may contact AVxLink through the website form to ask about a previous inquiry or request that we correct or delete the personal information associated with it, subject to applicable legal requirements.
